Welcome to my Recipes. It requires a disclaimer because truth be told, I cannot and do not ever follow them (also why I’m not a baker!).
My goal here is to help you experiment, discover, expand (+ trust) your palate, and understand tastes and textures. To have the confidence and intuition to make food combinations, play with different spices and herbs, and go into your kitchen and always be able to create a delicious meal with things you have on hand.
If you’re a type-A and feel you need extremely precise measurements, these recipes might not be for you, or perhaps they actually are…
